Prahlad Tirumalrao Kulkarni obtained his B. E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Karnataka University. He obtained his M. Tech degree in Satellite Communication & Remote Sensing from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He Obtained Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. His technology area of research includes Wavelength routed optical networks, Network reliability, Constraint based routing, Optical burst switching, and Wireless networks. He has been in the teaching profession for more than 37 years. He has served as a Visiting Professor in Chonbuk National University, S. Korea, and Center of excellence in Networking, Pisa University, ItalyHe has participated in many international projects. He was associated with European community project on Dense wavelength routed Networks and Marconi (UK) project on Impairements in optical networks. He is invited by Prof. Jae Jeong Hwang of Kunsan National University, S. Korea to participate in a joint project on "Robust video coding and transmission over cooperative wireless sensor network". He is also invited by Prof. Kiyotoshi Yasumoto of Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan, to participate in a joint project on "Satellite Communication Technology". He has guided 5 PhDs and currently guiding 2 PhDs under Visveswaraya Technical University. He has published more than 60+ papers in reputed International conferences and journals. He has received Best Paper award in National conference on Advanced Computing. He has Chaired Technical session of International Workshop on Multimedia Signal Processing and Transmission (MSPT), S. Korea. He has served as TPC member for Asia Pacific communication conference (APCC 09). He has served as reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Computers, and IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems. He has been Invited to deliver technical talks at various organizations and conferences. He has delivered talks on Wireless Communication at Chonbuk National University, S Korea and has presented a paper at International Conference on Computer Communication, MIT, USA. He is a Senior Member IEEE, Member ACM, Member LEOS, Life Member ISTE, Fellow IETE, and Fellow IE.
Rupesh Jaiswal received the BE and M.E. degrees in electronics and telecommunication engineering from Pune University, Pune, India, in 1996 and 2003, respectively. Since 2003, he has been with the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication, Pune Institute of Computer Technology, Maharashtra, India. He pursued a Ph.D. Degree in E&TC Engineering at SP-Pune University, India in 2016. He is an author of more than 20 under graduate technical books, 57 research papers and 4 Patents are published on his name. He received a best paper award from Institute of engineers India in the area of cyber security in 2004. He also received a best paper award in Elsevier International conference held in 2014 for proposing a novel traffic model. His research interests include simulation and modeling of internet traffic, network security, neural networks and machine learning. MODROB proposal is sanctioned under the Guidance of Dr. P. T. Kulkarni, Principal, PICT on his name of 15.6 Lacs from AICTE and R&D work is continued further. Also, He is working as coordinator for Establishing a Center of Excellence in Wireless Networks in Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
Prof.A.A.Jewalikar Currently working as an Assistant professor in the Department of Comp. Engineering ,PICT Pune.She has been awarded BE (CSE) degree by SRTMU Nanded in 2004 and ME by SPPU Pune in 2012. She has total teaching experience of 14+ Years. Her Domain interests are Internet of Things, Wireless communication and Machine Learning .She has guided more than 25 groups of UG students for projects and 3 of them received prizes in various project competitions.She has published 6 papers in well known journals and conferences.She received BEST PAPER AWARD in CPgCON 2012
Prof. Hrushikesh. J. Joshi : Hrushikesh J. Joshi has received his BE degree in Computer science and Engg. from Shivaji University and Masters degree (M.Tech) in Computer Engg from BVCOE,Pune. He is also pursuing Ph.D. Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor in department of Information Technology, PICT, Pune. He has 9+ years of experience in the software industry and 3+ years of teaching experience. He has published more than 8 national and international papers and has registered a patent on his name. He has guided UG students for projects in different domains. He has also implemented some home automation projects. His areas of interests are IoT, Cloud computing and wireless communication systems.
Prof. N. B. Gawade Nilesh B.Gawade has received his B.E. Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication from Pune University in 2014 and M.E Degree in VLSI & Embedded system from Pune University in 2018. He is having a total 6 years of experience . Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor in Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT), Pune. His guided student has publications in Journal & IEEE conferences. He has done few In-house product development in IoT & Embedded system domain. His area of interest includes IoT, Embedded Systems & Wireless Communication systems.
